	Still standing 🏴‍☠️ over the course of 2 decades I was able to develop my practice in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Design, Motion and Photography—mixing it all up to help brands with my craft-oriented approach and personal take on how projects should be beautifully brought to life. 
 BIOGRAPHY Andre Luiz Poli (born in Cascavel, Parana, Brazil; May 31, 1989) is a Brazilian-American Creative Director, Art Director, Designer, Father and Husband. He started his career at the young age of fifteen, when he decided to leave his parents house to go out there and see for himself where this life would take him.For the past 20 years I've been working mostly with Creative Direction + Art direction for integrated Advertising campaigns and Design Direction for Branding.In 2011 I was offered a position at Syrup in New York. During my time there, I worked across different brands, but the main one was Speedo USA. We launched the "Speedo Pace Club", a consumer and e-commerce swim training product, built with the mission to inspire more people to swim. This product got recognized by the NY Times and the Art Directors Club in NY.Later in 2012, I joined the team of Nike Digital Sports at R/GA NY, where I worked in the experience winner of a Bronze Cannes Lion and a Silver New York Festivals, known as "Nike Fuel Fest, a live interactive show at battersea power station fueled by the movement and energy of the crowd. I also worked on a few ongoing projects such as: Nike+, Nike+ FuelBand, Nike ID, Nike Skateboarding and Nike Commerce.After a down time in 2013, I started working at Razorfish NY, where I was concepting, art directing and designing experiences for clients such as UNIQLO USA, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Spotify and Ford.In 2014, I joined the Wieden+Kennedy NY office, where I worked mostly with integrated campaigns for brands like: Squarespace, Delta Airlines, Jordan, Sprite, ESPN, Clinique, Bud Light, The Atlantic and others. Also, it is where I had the opportunity to work on the project for Squarespace called "Jeff Bridges Sleeping Tapes", that was released in the Super Bowl of 2015, recognized &#38;amp; awarded by many international festivals, such as Cannes Lions, D&#38;amp;AD, The One Show, Clio and others. In 2017, after a great time at Wieden+Kennedy, I decided to take some time off and that's how I started working as a freelancer Art Director. I also helped founding a creative boutique called RISE New York &#38;amp; Partners.As far as freelancing goes, in 2018 I spent some time at Google in New York, where I worked on the campaign called "#SmallThanks with Google", which helped Small Business accross the US to get celebrated through their incredibly funny and unique Google Reviews. Later in 2018, I got to work on the redesign of NBA.com and WNBA.com. I also worked alongside the team of Saatchi &#38;amp; Saatchi Los Angeles to conceive TOYOTA's visual identity for their Tokyo 2020 Olympics "Start Your Impossible" campaign. In 2019, I helped land one of the largest Big Data companies in Latin America, called Neoway, as a client for Rise New York &#38;amp; Partners. We spent most of 2019 developing and activating the creative platform that we created for them called "There's More to Know", which placed Neoway amongst big global players when it comes to Big Data.In 2020, a year that to me was particularly more introspective than ever, I designed my own Photography Book called "Unseen Realities", a visual narrative based on my life's personal events and the places I've been around the world. To make a connection to a such tough year, I made the book limited to 20 copies and I will be forever thankful for the people who got a copy and supported my work.2021 was a particular busy year for me, both at my company and as a freelancer. At Rise New York &#38;amp; Partners we kicked off the year by launching a brand new website and manifesto film, as well as some hot new projects such as Daiwa House/Nike Japan and Microsoft Azure brand film. As a freelancer I helped VML&#38;amp;YR NY pitch and win the business of Amazon Pharmacy. I also helped Deutsch Los Angeles brand a new big data department for Walmart from bottom up. In 2022 I moved to Venice Beach in Los Angeles California to check what the hype was all about, and I was mostly freelancing for Deutsch LA, helping them with branding work for their Walmart+ Account. I also attented the event of AdAge Small Agency Awards in Chicago, where I accepted the award of Small Agency of The Year. Later that year me and my lady had our beautiful daughter named Florence.Early in 2023 I decided to part ways from my own company to focus on raising my kid and freelance work. I helped Ogilvy NYC brand a new visual identity for IBM Watson and reminded everyone that talking about AI is just old news. I also helped Media Monks LA with some brand campaign work for JP Morgan Payments. In the summer of 2023 me, my family and our sausage dog decided to move back to the greatest city in the world as Los Angeles is a falling city and there's no angels there. We drove cross country listening to some great old country tunes and stopped in many little towns in different states.In the second semester of 2023 I also helped Dentsu Creative pitch and land one of the biggest accounts in North America.

 BIOGRAPHY&#38;nbsp;Andre Luiz Poli (born in Cascavel, Parana, Brazil; May 31, 1989) is a Brazilian-American Creative Director, Art Director, Designer, Photographer, Father and Husband. He started his career at the young age of fifteen—and spent the past two decades working as a Creative Director &#38;amp; Art Director for integrated advertising campaigns and as a design director for branding projects. He's also a world traveler and document everything as he goes with his photography style. Throughout his career he's been fortunate to work on a few iconic products and marketing campaigns as follows:In 2011 he launched the "Speedo Pace Club", a consumer and e-commerce swim training product, built with the mission to inspire more people to swim, recognized by the New York Times and the Art Directors Club in NY.In 2012, he designed the event winner of a Design Cannes Lion known as "Nike Fuel Fest", a live interactive show at Battersea power station in London,&#38;nbsp;fueled by the movement and energy of the crowd. He was also the man behind iconic products such as: Nike+ Running, Nike+ FuelBand and Nike ID.In 2014, he joined Wieden+Kennedy, where he worked on the infamous 2015 SuperBowl Campaign for Squarespace called "Dreaming with Jeff" featuring hollywood actor Jeff Bridges, recognized &#38;amp; awarded by many international festivals, such as Cannes Lions, D&#38;amp;AD, The One Show and Clio.&#38;nbsp;In 2017, after a great time at Wieden+Kennedy, he decided to take some time off and spent two months travelling by himself in Europe, Hawaii and Japan,&#38;nbsp;that's how he started working as an Independent Creative Director. He also founded a creative studio called Rise New York &#38;amp; Partners—he stablished the company from bottom up, from naming to the company's brand identity and the overall look and feel aesthetic.&#38;nbsp;
In 2018 he was hired by&#38;nbsp;Google New York, where he worked on the campaign called "#SmallThanks with Google", which helped Small Business accross the US to get celebrated through their incredibly unique Google Reviews. Later in 2018, he also worked alongside the team of Saatchi &#38;amp; Saatchi Los Angeles to conceive TOYOTA's visual identity for their Tokyo 2020 Olympics "Start Your Impossible" campaign.&#38;nbsp;
In 2019, he landed one of the largest Big Data companies in Latin America, called Neoway, as a client for his studio. Where he spent most of 2019 developing and activating the creative platform called "There's More to Know", which placed Neoway amongst big global players when it comes to Big Data.

In 2022 he relocated to Venice Beach in Los Angeles, California—where him and his wife welcomed his daughter named Florence.
Early in 2023 he parted ways from his own studio and he was brought to work for Ogilvy New York to design a new visual identity for IBM Watson. He also worked for Media Monks LA with a few brand campaigns for JP Morgan Chase. 
In the summer of 2023 him and his family decided to move back to the greatest city in the world, they drove cross-country listening to some great old country tunes and stopped in many little towns in different states. In the second semester of 2023 he helped Dentsu Creative New York&#38;nbsp;pitch and land one of the biggest accounts in North America. He was also proudly naturalized as an American Citizen.
In 2024 he helped Ogilvy New York develop a brand new look and feel for Verizon and launched the campaign "Broken is Beautiful". He was also hired by Accenture Song/Droga 5 to manage a team of 20 creatives and develop a series of work streams for Meta such as Meta Horizon Worlds, Meta Quest, Meta RayBan and Meta Supernatural.

Meta + RayBan: Smart Glasses with Meta AI

	Lauching a Company in New York City is specially not an easy task. For that, we wanted to communicate a message that was long overdue — the sentiment of Belonging. Founded by three immigrants,we shared the same feeling of living in a place that is not always that welcoming. Jeff Bridges + Squarespace = “Sleeping Tapes”
	Squarespace believes that even the wildest ideas should come to life in a beautiful way. For the SuperBowl of 2015, we worked with the Hollywood actor Jeff Bridges and asked him to take advantage of the platform, and he did just that. Jeff released a very special and unique album, the “Sleeping Tapes”, an album filled with relaxation sounds, that had a mission to put people to sleep, while all the benefits from album downloads and sales proceeded to the No Kid Hungry organization.

Nike Fuel Fest: Sport + Innovation + Music + Culture
	Nike Fuel Fest was a large-scale live interactive show at battersea power station that featured a digital projection takeover of the iconic landmark’s exterior fuelled by the movement and energy of the crowd. 	The Jordan Keypad App provided a platform for First Class Flyers to learn about Jordan as a brand. Also the app was a simple and fun way to explore the story behind each sneaker, find out about secret events and be aware of shoe drops.
